It’s just a few degrees to warm for it to properly snow, so we’re receiving a horrendous blend of ice and rain. But the ground is still cold enough to freeze, so all the streets and sidewalks are covered in a thin layer of ice. It is, in this blogger’s opinion, they absolute worst conditions to be outside in. At least when it snows, you at least get the visual beauty of the fluffy white powder. This is just abysmal.
