Anchor Home Protection earns your loyalty day-by-day by constantly performing at a higher level. We are committed to providing you an outstanding customer experience. This commitment is exemplified by our own refund policy. We believe that you should not have to pay for services that have not been properly rendered.
Our refund policy is simple: If we fail to provide the agreed-upon services to you (as outlined by our terms and conditions) for any given service call, you will be refunded your service call fee of $60 for that claim.
